First Kids Bank

Start saving young with our savings plan for children! Available for children up to 12 years old, with a parent or guardian. First Kids Bank accounts have no service charge and require just $5 to open. Kids receive a piggy bank and an ID card when the account is opened.

To open a child account, provide the following:

 

Child’s:

  • Birth certificate
  • Social Security card
  • Current address

 

Parent/Guardian’s:

  • Photo ID
  • Social Security card
  • Current address

 

Interest on accounts are compounded and credited quarterly.**

Kids earn a reward from the First Kids’ Bank treasure chest when they make a deposit of $1 or more in the FIB lobby. Additional rewards can be earned as account balance grows.
